How To Change Your Internet Speed

This article will discuss how you can upgrade or downgrade your internet speed online.

1) Visit our online billing system called “MyAccount” at https://my.bridgelinkinternet.com

2) Register (Click Here for instructions) or log in to your previously registered MyAccount.

3)  There are two buttons on the left, and also three columns of information. Please review the first column on the left.

4) On the bottom of the left column, select the button labeled “Change Service”

5) Select the plan, or internet speed package, you are wanting to transition to.

6) Press the “Continue” button in the bottom right.

7) Review your upcoming charges. If you approve, then press the “Continue” button in the bottom right corner.

You are all set! Any downgrades will take place at the beginning of your next billing cycle. Any upgrades will take affect immediately. Please powercycle your wireless gateway (Eero 6 router) if you do not see the change.
