How To Setup Your Online Billing
Our online billing system is called “MyAccount.” Here are some things you can accomplish after registering and logging in to MyAccount:
Order new service
Change your internet speed, or quantity of Wi-Fi routers
Review past or current invoices
Change which credit card is being charged
Adjust your account details (email, phone, secondary account holder, etc.)
Your first step is to visit our MyAccount system at: https://my.bridgelinkinternet.com.
At the bottom of the page, under the large “LOGIN” button, you can click on the word “Register” that appears in blue.
Retrieve your account number from any of your BridgeLink invoices. Enter that into the appropriate form and push “Continue.” Please note that you cannot setup your MyAccount until you know your account number. Your account number will be listed in the welcome email you received when you signed up for service. This should come from ‘[email protected].’ The account number will also appear on your first bill.
Fill in your information, and your desired username and password and select “Continue” and then “Register” to finalize the process.
You can now login on the main page.
